Naoki Yoshida, the famous name behind Final Fantasy XIV, announced in a message to players that the game, after the release of its fifth expansion, Dawntrail, witnessed the highest number of concurrent players since the game was re-released in 2013 with its version that presented many improvements and changes from the original version.
Yoshida expressed his gratitude to the players for their support, while apologizing for the current technical issues, which he promises to address as the team works hard on the relevant updates.
