It seems that Capcom has taken a decision to become more strict regarding the rights of its games on the PC platform and to stop tampering with and modifying them. The company has issued a new protection system, or DRM, called Enigma Protector, which will prevent modifying games or adding cheats to them, and will also be a reason for a decline in game frame speeds.
