HyperSnap is an image capture tool that allows you to copy not only standard program windows, but also games, screen savers and videos. With HyperSnap, you can take a screenshot of the entire monitor screen, part of it, the window of a certain program (with or without a cursor), games and screensavers (working in DirectX and 3Dfx Glide modes), video and DVD movies, and save it in one from more than 20 formats, including BMP, GIF and JPEG.
The program can capture document pages in application windows, even if they do not fit completely on the screen. In addition, the program allows you to capture editable text (regular or with formatting) from anywhere on the screen, even where copying is not provided. Copying text follows the same principle as copying the graphics area – the user needs to draw a rectangle around the text that he wants to capture.
