Is your Android not recognizing the USB stick connected to it? The file system of the external drive is probably not supported by the device. Install the Microsoft exFAT/NTFS for USB by Paragon Software app to mount an external USB storage system and manage files directly from your Android device. The application is integrated with the Paragon File System Link document provider based on the Storage Access Framework (SAF) technology. It provides access to the device’s memory, external USB drives and cloud services, which makes it easy to work with different types of files (the Documents file manager is required on the device).
Features:
• manage files on a USB drive without a computer – open photos, listen to music, read books and watch videos;
• mount file systems – Microsoft NTFS, Microsoft exFAT and HFS+;
• easily copy, move, edit or delete files;
• upload files from a USB drive, external hard drive or digital camera directly to Google Drive, Yandex.Disk, Dropbox and OneDrive;
• share files via Gmail, Telegram, Skype, WhatsApp, Vkontakte.
How it works?
- Install Microsoft exFAT/NTFS for USB from Paragon Software.
- Install one of the following file managers: Total Commander and X-Plore File Manager
- Connect a USB storage device via USB OTG interface to work with files.
Supported file managers
We recommend working with files via Total Commander or X-Plore File Manager, as our driver is fully integrated with these file managers. You can also use File Manager by Mobile Clean System Lab, OTG File Manager, FX File Explorer, or built-in Android tools – but be aware that some file operations will not be available.
