Star Wars Outlaws from Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment Studios, which was released at the end of last August, was expected to be one of the biggest releases of the year commercially, but it seems to be achieving results below expectations.
Economic analyst Daniel Kerven from JPMorgan pointed out that the commercial results with its release were lower than all expectations. The game’s development budget was 30% higher than Assasin’s Creed Mirage, but its commercial results were 15% lower. Now the organization has reduced its sales forecast for the box by 2 million copies and now expects to sell 5.5 million copies of it by the end of the fiscal year, which is March 31, 2025.
