In a new interview with Miyazaki, he said that using guides and help methods in games is not a bad thing, but rather it is acceptable, and he knows that there are those who do it to defeat his games and the games of FromSoftware and accepts it.
But he also believes that the studio must improve in presenting its games if this is the same thing with players, because in his philosophy he believes that if the player remains interested and has great curiosity about the game world, he will be interested in discovering the secrets for himself and resorting to clues means that the player has become bored or given up. This means that the game could have been better.
