Take-Two CEO: GTA VI trailer leaked “disappointing” but “didn’t hurt us” Following the company’s earnings report for the 2024/2025 fiscal year, Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Take-Two Interactive, provided some updates about Grand Theft Auto 6. It is currently scheduled for release next year, and explained that it is unlikely to arrive before April 2025. For those who don’t know, Rockstar Games set a specific time and date for the trailer’s reveal, but it was leaked prematurely on Twitter. Which led to Rockstar having to publish it officially immediately. Speaking to IGN before Take-Two’s earnings call, Zelnick said it was “disappointing” but he didn’t feel it hurt the team. We were thrilled when the trailer broke the internet… so we couldn’t be happier or more excited. Regarding the leak, it’s always disappointing for the team, but in the end, I don’t think it hurt us.
