The development team Eleventh Hour Games released the action-RPG game Last Epoch recently on the PC in its full version after spending quite a while in the Early Access phase. The full version enjoyed a strong launch on the Steam store with more than 150,000 concurrent players, and the number later rose to reach Over 198 thousand concurrent players.
The game’s servers suffered from this unexpected demand, with difficulty logging in to the network for players and long waiting periods, but the game at least offers the option of playing single-player without connecting to the network, which allowed players to enjoy the experience despite the server problems. The development team admitted that it had misjudged players’ interest in the experience. During the launch period, he is currently working on solving these problems.
