The Walt Disney Company announced that it will purchase shares in Epic Games for a value of $1.5 billion, with the two parties cooperating to provide a special experience for the worlds of Disney within Fortnite, which will provide an interconnected world that will help deliver Disney stories and experiences to a larger segment.
This new world will offer many ways to play, watch and interact with content, in addition to shopping and other activities that can be performed digitally through games, with the ability of players to contribute to that world with their experiences as well, and we are talking here about Star Wars, Marvel, Pixar and other titles.
