PhotoCartoon is a picture editor whose main purpose is to provide a series of filters ready to help you turn your photo into a drawing, cartoon or painting.
Turn your photo into a cartoon or caricature
The interface layout is simple, includes a generous preview area that displays the uploaded photo. Unfortunately, batch operations are not supported, so you will have to process multiple photos one by one.
All graphic filters are displayed elegantly on the left, and when you apply any of them, you can see what the output looks like in the preview area. There are filters to convert photos into caricatures, watercolor paintings or pencil sketches. Some filters may take longer to load than others.
Adjust photo settings to improve its quality
Graphic Equalizer is located on the right side of the main window, where you can find sliders for various parameters such as brightness, contrast, saturation, gamma and hue. The photo changes as you move the slider, so you can preview the resulting image.
There is also the option to add text watermarks to the uploaded image, which is very handy for copyright protection. You can change the text color, font and watermark background. On the other hand, there is no way to adjust the transparency of the watermark or overlay the image of watermarks that you have edited in a third party app.
