The base of blocked numbers is updated several times a day. Your phone chooses the refresh rate automatically based on battery charge, Internet connection speed, and connection type (Wi-Fi, LTE, H+, 3G, or EDGE). The application is designed to update the base of blocked numbers as often as possible, but at the same time not to drain your battery, not to waste extra data and not to slow down your Internet access when you use it.
