Rules:
There are 3 types of Lucky Wheels: Mythsoul Wheel, Parasol Wheel, and Rune Wheel.
Mythsoul Wheel and Parasol Wheel
1. Talk to NPC Devana to visit the Lucky Wheel interface. Pay CPs to spin the wheels.
2. There are two wheels available: the Parasol Wheel and the Mythsoul Wheel, with 14 rewards each. Every spinning requires a different amount of CPs.
3. You won’t get the same reward repeatedly, which means you’ll take all 14 rewards away after spinning the wheel 14 times. The wheel will be reset after you claim all the rewards, and then you may start all over again.

Rune Wheel
The Rune Wheel is different from the other two wheels. Each spin costs the same amount of CPs and the chance to get random rewards is the same. Each spin costs 199 CPs.
